Publish charts

Add oecis.io chart repo

The credentials can be found in vault.

$ helm repo add --username <username> --password <password> oecis https://charts.oecis.io

Install chartmuseum push plugin

$ helm plugin install https://github.com/chartmuseum/helm-push

Push

$ helm cm-push <path> oecis
